Returns can be requested for any reason within 14 days from the delivery of your order. To request a return, all you have to do is send a request containing the order number and the reason for return to the following e-mail address:

Your request will be processed within 3 working days and you will receive a confirmation e-mail as soon as soon as we have the possibility of controlling the condition of the returned product. We estimate you will see the credit in your account approximately 10 days from when we request the refund, this will depend however on the time required for banking procedures.

We do not offer automatic assistance, as we prefer to support and assist you step by step in the return process.

Before making a return request, we encourage you to ensure that the products meet our return conditions.

The products must be in their unused original condition, with all tags and the security seal still attached and any special packaging and accessories included.

Incomplete, damaged, worn or altered items cannot be accepted.

The products must have been purchased online on and not in stores or other retailers.

Each bag is unique and handmade by expert Italian craftsmen, for this reason, there could be possible colour variations for every product, therefore, wearing the product over time could also result in colour changes.

These effects are typical of genuine leather and therefore they cannot in any way constitute grounds for a return.

We accept national and international returns, however, while in the former case, the cost of returning the items will be incurred by Maria Lamanna Handbags, in the latter case, the costs of shipment will be incurred by the user.

The refund will not be accepted for order cancellation, or exchange.
